What is gorilla row?

Gorilla row, also known as bent over barbell rows, are a weight training exercise that primarily targets the upper back muscles, including the latissimus dorsi and traps. To perform this exercise, the individual bends over and holds a barbell with an underhand grip, with the feet shoulder-width apart and the knees slightly bent. The barbell is then lifted towards the stomach, keeping the elbows close to the body, until the upper arms are parallel to the ground. This exercise is often used by bodybuilders and strength trainers to build upper body strength, improve posture and increase muscle mass. It is important to use proper form and technique when performing gorilla rows to reduce the risk of injury and achieve the desired results.
